USR 計畫介紹
這項計畫試圖解決在地教育的國際化挑戰。過去教學以外語為優先，卻不夠著重在全球觀點和跨文化學習。這項計畫旨在引進通過藝術進行跨文化學習的替代模式，通過藝術相關活動和場合，提供面對面的交流機會。
這項計畫旨在解決台灣國中小教育對提倡全球視野面對的挫折，同時提供北藝大國際研究生資源，透過藝術進行跨文化溝通學習。
大學社會責任計畫
這是由國立臺北藝術大學文創學程(國際學程)、關渡國中、關渡國小、淡水國小與崁腳國小四所雙北學校師生所參與的計畫。本計畫嘗試如何解決當前我國國際學習的問題。以往著重在外語的學習，然而對於國際觀與跨文化的理解，成效不彰。因此本計畫以藝術為中介，應用在地國際文化交流的方式，發展不同的跨文化溝通學習模式，讓我國國民具備跨文化溝通理解的能力，以解決我國近20年來推行國際教育政策所面臨的難題。
本計畫期望能藉由大學與地方中小學教育機構的資源與教學能量，以共學共創的方式，同時解決三個面向的需求：
- 改善國際研究生與本地社會的隔閡
- 支援與支持地區中小學外語教學所需要的國際文化環境
- 增強跨文化理解與溝通的能力
本計畫所實行的策略皆以共作共學為主，因為計畫是為了同時解決地方需求與高校創新，以及資源整合與資源支持的規劃。因此針對每個地方的個案，都必須要有以下的流程步驟：
1. 問題探勘與地方文化調查研究
2. 針對個案進行診斷問題與分析需求
3. 國際研究生擬定解決問題方案
4. 盟校教師與學者專家進行方案的評量與反饋
5. 計畫團隊執行解決問題方案並提出模組
6. 達成擴大地方國際見識與藝術創意人才培育目標
預計實踐的目標：
- 國際研究生的文化資源活化與支持地區中小學國際學習。
- 地區學校的教師與學生願意主動接觸異國文化，發展跨文化溝通的能力。
- 國際研究生與地區學生能發展自我導向學習能力。
- 透過異國文化的認知，能深化自我文化的認同與肯定。

This project is meant to resolve the challenges faced by the internationalization of local education. In the past, priority was given the the teaching of foreign languages, however, global perspectives and intercultural learning were not emphasized enough. This project aims to introduce alternative modes of intercultural learning through the arts, by providing face to face interpersonal exchange opportunities through arts-related activities and events.
This project aims to resolve the setbacks of promoting global perspectives in the elementary and middle school education in Taiwan, while at the same time provide international graduate students on campus as Human Resources to conduct intercultural communication learning through the arts.
Awareness of our citizens and to contribute towards the international curriculum in our local education.
